The United States announced it had agreed a trade deal with South Korea that will subject South Korean imports to a 15% tariff rate while zero tariff on US goods into South Korea.The Korean government said while breakthroughs had been made in other sectors, its rice and beef markets would not be further opened to the US due to food security concerns.
