The prosecution and defense have both now rested their cases in the federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial of Sean #&34;Diddy#&34; Combs without the hip-hop mogul taking the stand. After federal prosecutors completed six weeks of evidence and testimony backing up their indictment of Combs on Tuesday, the defendant told the judge that he will not be testifying in his own defense.
