Atlanta Falcons linebacker Kendal Daniels was ruled out of Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears after suffering a frightening neck injury in the third quarter, prompting an extended stoppage as medical personnel treated him on the field. The Falcons later provided an encouraging update, announcing that Daniels was alert and had movement in all his extremities. He was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation. The injury occurred as Daniels attempted to tackle Bears tight end Colston Loveland.
