PERU EARTHQUAKE BREAKING: A powerful magnitude 6.7 earthquake struck Peru’s southern Andes, injuring at least two people and damaging homes, health centers and a school. The earthquake was centered near Upahuacho in the Ayacucho region and was felt across several southern regions, including Arequipa, Cusco, Ica and Lima. Authorities reported damage to 22 homes, six health centers and a school, while rockfalls were also reported near Coracora.
