Heavy monsoon rains lashed the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) today, triggering widespread waterlogging and traffic chaos across the region. Commuters faced significant delays as key arterial roads, underpasses, and low-lying areas were submerged, leading to a standstill in several parts of Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a #&34;red alert#&34; for the day, forecasting more intense showers.
