A Vietnam Veteran who slapped a young baseball fan who did not stand during the national anthem is speaking to Inside Edition. The incident happened at a Chicago Cubs home game. Bob Chavez had chastised a young man sitting in front of him. When the fan remained seated, Chavez smacked him on his head. The young man looked stunned and stood up.
