Residents in Bangkok turned a flooded plaza in front of a shopping mall in Bang Kapi district into a temporary floating market on Monday (Sept 28), as floodwaters continued to inundate parts of the Thai capital.Sellers waded through floodwaters to sell fish, vegetables and other goods from floating platforms and foam boxes, while buyers waded or paddled between makeshift stalls for their essentials.
